Psychological counselling
Based on my psychological and neuroscientific expertise as well as my professional experience as a clinical neuropsychologist, I offer advice if you are currently facing a challenging life situation, if you want to improve your mental health and build a healthier lifestyle or if you are a relative of someone with a chronic pain condition, a mental or neurological illness and wish for support.
I will explain the underlying neurobiological and psychological mechanisms to you in an understandable way, advise you on your further options for action, and work with you to develop resources that can help you overcome challenges. I further provide support in improving communication and strengthening relationships. Self-care and self-efficacy are always central to my counselling.
